Some things you can do to help us:
~ Reschedule or cancel your appointment if you or your household is experiencing any type of sickness or symptoms. We understand and simply letting us know is very helpful. You will not be charged any fees.
~ Please communicate with us if you are concerned for any reason about coming into the building. We are looking into alternative options for appointments for those who are either unable, in the high risk category or uncomfortable being in the office. If you reschedule or cancel an appointment for these reasons, simply communicate with us ahead of the appointment and you will not be charged any fees.
~ Please come to your appointment alone (if possible) or bring only the child receiving treatment that day. This will assist us in minimizing those in the waiting room.
~ We encourage you to wash your hands before and after your appointment to protect yourself, other clients and our staff.
Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we navigate this unique situation together. Again, if you have any questions at all please contact our office at 574-534-2161 ext 0.
