We value you, our staff and the community and we are working hard to follow both state and national guidelines along with caring for our clients with mental health needs.  We have implemented extra sanitation precautions and we are encouraging our staff if they or their family members are sick to remain at home.  Please feel free to call the office at 574-534-2161 ext 0 with any questions.  Our compassionate office staff is happy to talk with you individually.

Teletherapy is now available as an option for both new and existing clients.  Please call the office for further details and to schedule a teletherapy appointment.

Some things you can do to help us:

~ Reschedule or cancel your appointment if you or your household is experiencing any type of sickness or symptoms.  You will not be charged any fees.

~ Please communicate with us if you are concerned for any reason about coming into the building.  Teletherapy appointments are available for those who are unable, in a high risk situation or uncomfortable being in the office.

~ The Elkhart County Health Department issued a face covering mandate effective June 30, 2020.  You are welcome to remain in your car and call us at 574-534-2161 ext 0 when you arrive and we can complete scheduling and payment by phone.  We will then call you back when your therapist is ready to start the appointment.

~ Please come to your appointment alone (if possible) or bring only the child receiving treatment that day.  This will assist us in minimizing those in the waiting room and maximize social distancing.

~ We encourage you to wash your hands before and after your appointment to protect yourself, other clients and our staff.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility.  Again, if you have any questions at all, please contact our office at 574-534-2161 ext 0.
